LinkSentinel license & usage note

1. The license

Your freedoms. You may use LinkSentinel for any purpose, study it, modify it, and redistribute it—including modified versions—on any number of WordPress sites, commercially or otherwise. There are no seat limits or managed-service fees.

Copyleft. If you distribute LinkSentinel or a derivative, you must do so under GPLv2 and make the corresponding source available. You may not remove the copyright and license notices or relicense the work under more restrictive terms.

2. Data handling

Runs locally. LinkSentinel stores internal URLs, statuses, and scan or fix logs in your own WordPress database. It does not send link data, scan results, or telemetry to Pragmatic Bear or a third party.

Your responsibility. You control the WordPress installation, database, access, and backups. You are responsible for compliance with applicable privacy laws. Back up the database before a bulk link operation.

3. No warranty

Provided “as is.” As the GPLv2 states, LinkSentinel comes without warranty, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. The risk as to quality and performance is yours.

No SEO guarantees. Link health is one of many search-performance factors. Pragmatic Bear makes no guarantee about rankings, traffic, or business outcomes.

Review before applying. Bulk edits change site content. Preview the result and keep backups. To the extent permitted by law, Pragmatic Bear is not liable for data loss, content corruption, or unintended changes.

4. Support & contributions

Community support is available through GitHub Issues, without a guaranteed response time. Pull requests are welcome and are licensed under GPLv2.
